Fusion Fest

Coming Soon : Fusion Fest

Fusion Fest, an online festival celebrating the best Alt and Indie club nights from around the UK

Fusion Fest (@fusionfest2021) is the brainchild of Rocktail Riot – the weekly alternative club night based in Southampton and Reading – which was co-founded by Holly Cook, a second-year BA Hons Music Promotion student at Solent University.

The event is presented in association with Fightback Lager – the brand of choice for the UK’s grassroots live music venues, and has attracted a number of other sponsors:

Imsukmedia | ACID CTRL | Solent Music | Fuel Stop Southampton | Coldlife Promotions
Dr Martens | Sinking Ship Clothing | RUKUS Southampton

The overall aim is to raise money for the Music Venues Trust (MVT), which has been fighting to keep venues afloat and to pressurize the government into doing more to support live music – and not only during the lockdowns and restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic that have hit the sector hard.

The event promises competitions and raffles where you can win amazing prizes from their sponsors, and all profits go to support MVT.

Fusion Fest will be presented as a FREE (thanks to Dr Martens) livestream event which will be available through Mixcloud and Twitch.

Holly and the team at Rocktail Riot will be releasing further details over the coming weeks, so be sure to follow their updates on Facebook.
