On the 3rd October their will be a Punk Conference in JM315 at 12pm till 5:30pm. With punk being one of the most important music genres in all of music history and still to this present day, this conference will be covering a wide range of punk panels/topics.
Panels ranging from the history of punk and politics, how punk and rock are fighting racism in our society, punk fashion, how important the DIY and local scene is for punk and how it helped punk evolve. The one and only Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols) will be here as well to spread his words of wisdom and his stories.
