We’re really pleased to welcome Dr Bill Bruford to Solent this Wednesday, 26th April from 2.00-3.30pm in TS517 (The Spark).
Bill was the drummer for YES (official), King Crimson, Gong, and Genesis, among many others. Bill was named 16th in Rolling Stones’ ‘100 Greatest Drummer of All Time’.
He’ll be doing a guest talk for an hour then fielding questions. Bill has retired from playing, so this won’t be your usual drum clinic – he’ll be talking about creativity in performance, amongst other things, so it’s intended for all.
