The song is taken from his comeback album Following My Intuition, which topped the Official Albums Chart – his first Number 1 record since his debut album 16 years ago. David will perform the song on the BBC’s Children In Need telethon next Friday (November 18).

“This song is extremely personal to me. I’m so proud that it’s the BBC Children in Need single this year,” David said on BBC Radio 2 this morning.

All profits from the song will go to the charity, Children In Need has confirmed.
