The Annual conference held by the Journalism Lecturers at Southampton Solent; Word Up is back. On Monday 30th October at 1pm till 4pm.
The Conference has a few great panels by journalists in the music industry. The first panel is from Kate Hutchinson who is an writer, editor and broadcaster working at great companies like Worldwide FM, The Observer and many more.
The next panel will have three guests discussing the ‘Why Music Criticism Matters’ the panelists are Michael Hann (The Guardian), Joe Muggs (Mojo, Wire etc) and Lauren Down (The Line of Best Fit).
At the end of the day their is a chance to meet up with the guests and network with them.
